Care Cleaning was founded in 2012 by Erika, a tenacious and ambitious entrepreneur with a passion for creating a better future. Erika is originally from Brazil, where she studied architecture before embarking on her journey as a business owner. Sadly, Erika lost her husband in a devastating traffic accident, which prompted her to seek a fresh start with her two children in Massachusetts.
Determined to turn a new chapter in her life, Erika founded Care Cleaning with the goal of creating a company that would empower its employees and deliver exceptional service to clients.
